What is Polymer Week?

Polymer Week began in 2017 as a week-long creative event in the Czech Republic organized by Lucy Štruncová. Its success inspired the launch of Polymer Week Magazine and a broader platform that includes online learning, community events, curated tools, and a global creative community.

Who is behind Polymer Week and Lucy Clay?

The project is led by artist and designer Lucy Štruncová, supported by a small international team in the Czech Republic. Lucy Clay is closely connected to Polymer Week, focusing on high-quality polymer clay tools, while Polymer Week focuses on creative experiences, education, and community engagement.

What is the difference between Society and the Magazine?

Polymer Week Society is a membership platform offering unlimited access to a growing library of online classes, tutorials, live events, and behind-the-scenes content.

Polymer Week Magazine is a printed and digital publication with original articles, tutorials, and interviews, published multiple times a year. All digital and current/previous printed issues are available in our online store.

Can I contribute to the Magazine or Society?

Yes! We welcome both emerging and established artists. Send your bio, work samples, and collaboration ideas to support@polymerweek.com. Authors have room to create engaging articles, tutorials, or interviews.

Where is it produced?

Our magazine is created and published in the heart of Europe, the Czech Republic by Lucy Štruncová and her team.

Is there a digital version?

Yes, digital versions are available as high-resolution PDFs suitable for tablets or computers. They cannot be printed or distributed to preserve quality and contributor rights.

Where can I buy it?

Print and digital editions are available via polymerweek.com and select distributors in countries like France, Australia, Greece, and the US. Due to its specialized nature, it is not available in general newsstands.

How can I pay?

We offer payment via a credit card, or bank transfer.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

Shipping depends on the destination and package size. We use FedEx, Czech Post, Packeta, and USPS.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery of our packages is determined by the destination country. We make every effort to get the goods to our customers as soon as possible. The time range is roughly from 3 to 10 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is available for carriers like FedEx. National Post may not provide tracking.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@polymerweek.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products due to their nature.

For physical goods, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back to ensure eligibility.

If there was any issue with your order—such as missing or damaged items—please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
